This is clearly a passionate wine maker. A tiny property worked according to the cycles of the moon, fed naturally on a diet of snakegrass, nettles, ferns and other local plants. All comes together in a wine that distinguishes itself after 9-12 months of aging in the Fitou tradition by its flowery nose, a real softness in the mouth and a lovely balance. Best enjoyed after 2-3 years.
